Q: How are digital files delivered?

Digital products are delivered in .zip archived file format. Please do not use a mobile device or tablet to access the download , since these devices do not typically have the capability to uncompress such a file. Most desktop computers come with programs that will easily read .zip files, we suggest opening these files on such a device. For Mac OS users, double clicking to uncompress .zip files is native. For PC users, you will need a program like Winzip, or similar programs, to uncompress this file.

Q: I thought these were digital products. Why am I being asked for my country?

All Moonlight Creations products are digital. However, we need your country information for regulatory purposes. Freebies do not require address information.

Q: Can I download my purchases several times?

Yes! Simply log in to your account and visit the downloads section. Here you will find download links for all your purchases. Although these links never expire we recommend that you keep a copy of your files in case of site maintenance so that you can always have access to them.
