How are digital files delivered?2022-04-09T13:58:45+02:00

Digital products are delivered in .zip archived file format. Please do not use a mobile device or tablet to access the download, since these devices do not typically have the capability to uncompress such a file. Most desktop computers come with programs that will easily read .zip files, we suggest opening these files on such a device. For Mac OS users, double clicking to uncompress .zip files is native. For PC users, you will need a program like Winzip, or similar programs, to uncompress this file.

All Moonlight Creations products are digital.
However, we need your country information for regulatory purposes. Freebies do not require address information.

Can I download my purchases several times?2022-04-09T01:00:24+02:00

Yes! Simply log in to your account and visit the downloads section.
Here you will find download links for all your purchases. Although these links never expire we recommend that you keep a copy of your files in case of site maintenance so that you can always have access to them.

 

Where can I access my order downloads?2022-04-08T19:59:41+02:00

When you place an order, your payment is processed through Stripe or Paypal. Once your order has been successfully completed, a confirmation appears on screen and there is a link to your invoice and downloads.

Downloads do not expire.

Your downloads can also be accessed at any time directly from “My Account” in the top right corner of the screen:
